Spelling tests will be taken on Thursdays.  New lists for the following week will be sent home on Fridays.  We do not practice these words regularly throughout the week in class.  For many students, the need to study at home is a huge step up from third grade expectations. Lists are 20 words; each word is worth 5%.  In addition to these 20 list words, there will be 5 challenge words worth 1% bonus each.

NEW in 2016-2017!  Spelling retests will not be given. So, study ahead of time and be prepared for the test. This Tic-Tac-Toe board gives you some fun and creative ideas for studying!
